Dr K.E. Neill Jr. graduated from the Medical College of Virginia in 1964, earning his doctorate in dental surgery. He spent the next three years practicing dentistry in the United States Air Force. In 1967, he returned to York County with his wife, Charlotte, and their two children, Ken and Tara, and began building his office and his practice. Mickey, as most know him, practiced dentistry for 45 years, until retiring in 2012. He welcomed his son, Ken, into his practice in 1989 and he welcomed his daughter, Tara, a dental hygienist, in 1995. Over the years, other family members worked in the office. Mickey's mother, Kitty Neill, worked as one of his receptionists and his wife, Charlotte, worked for many years in payroll and in records. Charlotte also retired in 2012.
